Job Description

Tom Wood is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for its Wholesale department covering the Nordic market, herein Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. Working with key components such as sales and budgets, distribution strategy and activation strategies for all accounts within the market, you will manage all aspects of building Tom Wood’s wholesale business in the Nordic countries. The position reports directly to the company’s Head of Wholesale.

Key responsibilities for the position
  • Responsible for outlining and creating different sales strategies for each individual market within the territory
  • Responsible for Tom Wood’s sales results and budgets within the territory
  • Responsible for securing re-orders and customer follow up on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including traveling to different markets within the territory
  • Responsible for creating budgets for all activities, including traveling, accommodations and other incentives related to the position
  • Responsible for executing and measure the result of staff trainings and other incentives conducted with different wholesale accounts
  • Responsible for conducting proper reporting as per company guidelines directly to Head of Wholesale
  • Responsible for staying ahead of developments within the fashion industry and contribute with ideas and innovation to drive your own position and the company forward


  • Minimum three years of experience from a similar role within the fashion industry
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet and Keynote
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English (communication skills French, Japanese and / or other languages is a plus)
  • Exceptional structural and organizational skills
  • A solution oriented, pragmatic and can-do mindset
  • The ability to work autonomous and independently
  • The ability to think fast with excellent problem solving skills
