We can help you pick out a gift for a loved one, share our knowledge of jewellery care and sizing, or help put together an outfit. Delivery Options
In-store pick from the Tom Wood Oslo Flagship Store.
If your order is paid for before 12pm, we offer same day delivery in the Oslo area.
National and international orders will be shipped with DHL and delivered within 1-3 business days.
Instant Appointment
Contact us via Instagram, Messenger, phone or e-mail and one of our sales representatives will set up an instant appointment to help you. Please bear with us if we do not reply immediately, we might be helping another customer.
Book Ahead
If you prefer, you can also browse available appointments and book ahead directly through Calendly. Please include any questions or let us know if there is anything specific you are looking for in the comment section when booking so we can prepare for a good meeting.
Meet On Whereby
A sales representative will meet you on the digital video meeting platform Whereby and help you with your questions, share styling suggestions and show our range of products. If you prefer, you can keep your own camera turned off during the appointment. Whereby is free to use and doesn’t require any app download or user registration. You will get a link to our room from our staff upon booking trough Messenger or Calendly.
