これまでの取り組みを踏まえて
2025 marks the year where we conclude one roadmap period and set our direction for the next, building on lessons learned and strengthening our commitment to drive impact where it matters most.
This milestone year presents an opportunity to reflect on our achievements, address remaining challenges, and carve out a bold new strategy for the years ahead. The Responsibility Roadmap has guided our priorities all the way through 2025. Along the way, we have learned, adjusted, and prioritised our focus where impact matters most. We are proud not only of the goals achieved, but of standing firmly in the ones we did not reach. We have chosen to target the areas where effort is required, progress is slow, and meaningful change has the potential to push the industry forward. An effort that takes time, but we are relentless in our pursuit to drive that change. By reviewing our impact year-by-year, we have gained the clarity and data necessary to launch our next roadmap with even greater ambition and a more refined sense of purpose.
私たちは、最も重要な課題から目を背けるよりも、未完成のロードマップであっても共有することを選ぶ。
As we transition into our 2026–2028 Roadmap, we are adopting a more dynamic approach. Our strategy is anchored by a set of “guiding stars": the long-term ambitions that steer our vision forward. A key learning from previous years is that the sustainability landscape evolves rapidly. Rather than locking in rigid actions years in advance, we will now define and reassess our specific tactics and KPIs annually. This ensures we remain responsive to new data, shifting regulations, and emerging risks. By staying agile, we can direct our resources where they matter most each year, without losing sight of our ultimate long-term direction.
We aim for securing core products with 100 % traceability to the mine or production site of precious metals, diamonds and stones as a catalyst for ethical practices and environmental stewardship across our value chain.
We commit to work exclusively with responsible jewellery suppliers by securing Tom Wood and 100 % of our Tier 1 & 2 jewellery and packaging suppliers obtain best-practice certifications verifying ethical, environmental and social business practices across materials and production.
We commit to securing 100 % renewable energy sources in scope 1 and 2 to minimize the climate impact from our direct operations and energy consumption across locations.
Our expansion will be guided by intensity-based emission reductions across scope 3, tackling the main drivers of expansion emissions in the industry and decoupling our footprint from growth.
We commit to minimising nature impact in our operations and value chain by leading traceability, increasing sourcing of non-virgin materials, and collaborating with suppliers to improve year by year nature related data availability and nature impact.
We commit to fair, ethical, and inclusive working conditions for employees and workers in Tom Wood and the value chain through best-practice policies, certifications and training.
