Exception of countries with special customs regulations:

France:

• According to local customs requirements in France, the customer shall handle the extra duties and costs with a local customs agent.

China:

• Orders to China are currently limited to one (1) item per order.
• All applicable duties and costs shall be borne by the customer to handle with a local customs agent.

Germany and the UK:

• We often receive questions from customers in Germany and the UK regarding customs procedures. Please note that no additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery. The total amount paid at checkout is the final price.
• DHL may contact you to request additional information for customs clearance purposes, but this does not involve any extra fees. If you are asked to pay duties or taxes, please contact us immediately and do not proceed with the payment.

• All Taiwan import duties and taxes (進口稅費) are covered by us. No additional charges upon delivery.
• Taiwan Customs may require identity verification via the EZ WAY app (易利委) before your parcel is released for delivery. Please download and register on the EZ WAY app in advance to avoid delays. All import duties and taxes are covered by Tom Wood — no additional charges apply.

• All import duties and VAT are covered by Tom Wood. No additional charges upon delivery.
• We recommend having your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC / 개인통관고유부호) ready to ensure smooth customs clearance. Find yours at unipass.customs.go.kr or via the Korea Customs Service app.
