Withdrawal

If you are shopping from a European Union (EU) country, you have a statutory legal right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your items. This is a formal, legal cancellation of your entire purchase contract under EU law. The possess is the same as a return, but with some additional requirements. 

• You live in an EU member state.

• Your order was delivered less than 14 days ago.

This do not comply if: 

• Custom or Bespoke items: Any jewelry or items that have been personalized or custom-engraved just for you.

• Passed Deadlines: Orders that were delivered more than 14 days ago (though they may still be eligible for a standard store return under our wider policy window).

To receive a full refund, items must be in their original condition. Under EU law, you have the right to inspect and try on the items as you would in a physical shop, but you may be held liable for any diminished value if the products show signs of actual wear or damage.
