Introducing Cove
Tom Wood is proud to announce Cove, a landmark collection launching June 19th, 2025. Anchored in Norwegian heritage and crafted with purpose, Cove represents our unwavering commitment to responsible sourcing and craftsmanship.
A STATEMENT IN RESPONSIBILITY
Cove is the first Tom Wood collection to be a 100% traceable—down to every bead.
Achieving complete traceability is rare in the jewellery industry, and the cove collection serves as a landmark for us, underscoring our ongoing commitment to responsible sourcing and production.
Formed over 300 million years ago, Larvikite is Norway’s national stone and lies at the heart of the Cove Collection. Dark, iridescent, and rich in layered texture, each stone is individually and meticulously shaped into beads by highly skilled craftspeople. Their unique mineral structures offer a visual fingerprint of geological time.
At Tom Wood, every step from design to production is guided by a deep sense of responsibility. As a Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified brand, we are committed to ethical practices and mindful sourcing, partnering exclusively with trusted RJC-certified manufacturers throughout our entire supply chain to uphold the highest standards.
The Cove Collection marks a milestone in our Responsibility Roadmap — setting a new standard for traceability and transparency.
To know where everything comes from and who was involved all the way until the finished product is a quite unusual thing in a tradition based and conservative industry. We would like to forge new standards for responsibility and hope to inspire others to do the same.

SCULPTURAL BEADS AND SIGNATURE SILVER
Each piece is thoughtfully designed with layering in mind, offering multiple styling possibilities that can be mixed and matched for personalised expressions.
Notable pieces include the bold Cove Collar and the versatile Cove Lace Necklace, designed to wrap fluidly around the neck and body. Every element is handcrafted from 100% recycled sterling silver and traceable Norwegian Larvikite — materials chosen not just for aesthetic impact, but for their longevity and ethical clarity. The result is a tactile, androgynous expression of permanence and possibility.

CELEBRATING NATURE'S ARTISTRY AT LUNDHS QUARRY
The collection is heralded by a film, alongside a series of stills, captured captured amidst the raw, elemental beauty of the Lundhs Larvikite quarry.
The film, directed by Pernille Sandberg, alongside a series of stills by Also Known As, explore the tension between raw natural material and refined human expression, mirroring the collection.
The monumental landscape of Lundh’s Larvikite stone quarry served as a powerful backdrop, reflecting the inspiration drawn directly from the earth. Dancers brought the human element, exploring the quarry in a quiet choreography — their presence linking the raw origins of the material with its final sculptural form.
